Exclusive Bus Lane Allocation Considering Multimodal Traffic Equity Based on Bi-Level Programming

To ensure the equity of exclusive bus lane (EBL) allocation under multimodal traffic conditions, a bi-level programming model is first constructed. The upper-level minimum total system cost considering Gini coefficient and lower-level constructed stochastic user equilibrium (SUE) based on logit loading. Secondly, heuristic algorithm combining an improved genetic (GA) method successive average (MSA) designed. Finally, Nguyen Dupuis networks are used as examples to verify analyze effectiveness, superiority sensitivity algorithm. results show that can effectively obtain optimal solution 15,004 RMB, 0.31, at relatively reasonable level. Compared with different schemes, proposed scheme has higher sharing rate lower coefficient. At same time, when actual demand twice basic demand, share largest, 65%, smallest 0.3. decreases increase in proportion high time value travelers, which fully verifies type traveler.
